Cancellations & Refunds
Pay-Per-View, Events, Courses & One-Time Payments

All Pay-Per-View content, events, courses, live streams, and one-time payments are non-refundable.

Monthly Subscription Renewal & Cancellation

• Monthly memberships automatically renew on or around the same date as the initial sign-up.

• To cancel a recurring membership, submit your cancellation request at least 72 hours before the renewal date.

• You can also log into your account to manually update or cancel your subscription.

If a charge occurs after a properly submitted cancellation request, a full refund will be issued upon notification, provided the request is made within 3 business days of the charge.

Annual Subscription Policy

• The annual subscription is offered at a discounted rate.

• After the trial period, no refunds will be issued for canceled annual subscriptions.

  
  

  Membership Termination

  We reserve the right to remove or terminate any member from our platform, with or without cause.

  • If a membership is terminated by us, the member may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of their subscription.

  • Refund processing may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
